Arnav Nawani 

Arnav Nawani is a freshman at Columbus Academy. Arnav has partnered with Read to Succeed and along with his friends has held 3 book drives and in total collected over 1,300 books. Arnav takes part in school musicals, is a part of the National Junior Honors Society, and loves playing tennis.

Arnav shares: "I believe in Read to Succeed because it gives the chance to read to so many more children. Reading can open doors and impact children’s lives in extraordinary ways. This program means so much to me because reading brings out the creativity in me and makes want to learn more, and everyone should have that opportunity."

ABBY WORLY

Abby Worly is Sophomore at New Albany High school.  Her hobbies include dancing at Broadway Bound Dance Center, baking, and spending time with her family and friends! Abby has been apart of the Read to Succeed Foundation for over 3 years now, and has collected and donated over 15,000 books! 

Abby shares: "Ever since I was younger, I have always loved learning through reading! I can’t wait to share some of my favorite books with other kids that I will be collecting and donating! I am so grateful for this opportunity to work with Emily and the Read To Succeed Foundation!” “I have met so many incredible people through this experience and can’t wait to continue this journey!”

Lauren Eckes

Lauren Eckes is a Sophomore at New Albany High School. She plays for the school tennis team, loves skiing, snowboarding, and water skiing. Lauren partnered with Read to Succeed for her bat mitzvah project last May where she collected over 500 books and this summer she has continued collecting book donations.

Lauren shares: "This organization is special because it’s something that many people can contribute to and it can impact others greatly. Everyone deserves the benefits of reading!  This is also a local organization and I love the idea of helping the community that I live in. "

Juliet Zaczepinski

Juliet is a sixth grader at New Albany High School. She enjoys voice lessons, musical theater and tennis. Juliet has teamed up with her brother and sister to collect and distribute books for Read to Succeed. To date, they have collected over 1,000 books! Juliet loves reading and wants to be able to give that experience to other kids.

Eve Zaczepinski

Eve is a freshman at New Albany High  School. Eve and her siblings have collected, sorted and distributed over 1,000 books for Read to Succeed. Eve thinks it's important for anyone to be able to read books and for everyone to have access to them.

Emmett Zaczepinski

Emmett Zaczepinski is a freshman at New Albany High School. Emmett and his sisters worked together to collect over 1,000 books for Read to Succeed. He considers himself fortunate to have grown up surrounded by books and wants to be able to offer that opportunity to other kids in the community.

Mackenzie Duff

Mackenzie is excited to be starting a branch of Read to Succeed in Dayton, Ohio,  where she lives and attends The Miami Valley School. She enjoys acting, writing, as well as, rowing and is looking forward to becoming part of the Read to Succeed community.

Mackenzie shares: “I am looking to giving other children the creativity and sense of self that I have gained from reading over the years. I am very interested in finding ways to give back to my community and have grown fond of volunteering at a local women's and children’s shelter. I am so excited to find an organization, like Read to Succeed, that shares with others my passions for reading and helping children in need.”

Mirabella Tempesta

 Mirabella is a freshman at New Albany Middle School.  She loves to read, write, and make people laugh. She also enjoys field hockey and hanging out with her friends.

Mirabella shares: "I believe that the Read To Succeed foundation is an amazing idea and it has helped and will continue to help so many people get a chance to read without having to buy any books. Personally, the Read to Succeed foundation makes me feel so happy that I get to help people who wouldn't normally get to enjoy a good book everyday."
